The service

FeedDoctor provides read-only, rules-based merchant feed diagnostics through MCP. You must have permission to access the merchant accounts you connect. Keep bearer tokens and checkout activation links confidential. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

You remain responsible for reviewing diagnostics and making any changes. Merchant platforms decide approvals and enforcement. We do not promise approval, revenue, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Platform APIs and client support may change. Tokens expire within 30 days; reconnecting may be necessary sooner.

Free and Pro

The free tier includes account discovery and feed health summaries. Pro is not yet available to buy; it is opening soon. Paid terms will be published here before it opens.

You can cancel anytime through billing or ask support for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period while your subscription remains active. Cancellation does not itself provide a refund for an already-billed period. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory refund and consumer rights still apply. Price changes will be communicated before they affect a renewal.

Availability and warranty

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We may suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or unpaid subscriptions. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes when practical. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and disputes

Our privacy notice explains processing of tokens, merchant data, logs, and payments. Contact support first to resolve disputes. These terms do not choose an exclusive jurisdiction or remove protections available under the laws that apply to you.
